What do u use 2 put sushi rice on the seaweed?

I try using hand but it's so sticky.

Answers:
When handling sushi rice, it's best to use a hand vinegar....it is a combo of rice wine vinegar and water. Just put the combo in a bowl, and use it to dip your fingers in before forming sushi, or spreading the rice onto nori sheets. (seaweed). This keeps the rice from sticking to your fingers.
I make a lot of sushi!

I use a tiny bit of sesame oil on my hand. It not only helps keep it from sticking, but adds a nice flavor.

try using vingar & sugar, mixed together.

It is generally done with the fingers.
Try having a bow; of water beside you.

just use wet or oiled hands.
