How to sell home recipe and adding preservatives?
Is there a company out there that could determine what kind of stabilizing preservatives is most appropriate for a condiment that I would like to sell. The sauce goes bad in a matter of days. I would say that it's most similar to ketchup in the makeup of the ingredients.
