Zuchinni bread help?!

Question:

Zuchinni bread help?

I have a recipe for zuchini lemon poppyseed bread but I don't know if I'm supposed to peel the zuchinni or not because the recipe doesn't say. What should I do? or would it really matter? I only have time to make it once before a party this weekend so if I screw up I'm out of luck and heading for the grocery store.

Answers:
No you dont have to pel it, its only if you would like to. I had a look through my zucchini bread recipe, and it said; zucchini; peeled if desired.

Hope that helps :)

Enjoy

Leaving the peel on will give it a darker color, which personally I prefer. It will also retain more fiber.

DO NOT PEAL IT AS YOU GET MORE FLAVOR FROM THE SKIN.

i have found that it is preference if you want to peel the zucchini or not.alot of the vitamins are in the peel.it doesn't change the taste at all.

Don't peel the zucchini and why not use whole wheat flour for an added nutritional bonus.

I have found that the only difference is that if u don't peel u will have a bit of green in your bread ,I peel mine and the bread comes out great ,I also use cocoa in mine to make chocolate or even choc. chips ,if u dust the chips with flour they will be evenly thru out the bread ,otherwise they sometimes fall to the bottom of the bread. Zucchini has no flavor so what ever u add it takes on that flavor. Good luck Lemon poppy seed sounds great !
