I call it "some like it hot" Three cloves garlic two red chilli's a tea spoon of ginger,a table spoon of peanut/or sesame oil a tea spoon of lemon juice, salt to taste two table spoons of tomato sauce, then mash and heat to reduce.
enjoy!

12 red jalapeno chili peppers
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Juice of one lime

Note: Be sure to wear protective rubber gloves when handling chilies.

Discard the stems and remove the seeds and veins by splitting the chilies lengthways and scraping them out with a spoon.
Chop the chilies and garlic finely and crush an Adrian Thomas Sauce Mortar & Pestle until a smooth sauce is formed.
Add salt, sugar, and lime juice and mix well.
Refrigerate overnight before using.
