What ham do you use in an omelette and in a salad?!

Question:

What ham do you use in an omelette and in a salad?

Answers:
Honestly, I just buy sliced deli ham, and chop it into little strips or squares - it's already thin enough for an omelette, and has plenty of flavor for the salad! Also, very inexpensive and quick. You could also use left over baked spiral ham if you prefer.

yes

As far as what can go in an omelette either sugar cured (virginia ham) or salt cured (country ham) is great. For salads deli (virginia ham-sugar cured) can be better as the salt in the country ham will over power the other ingredients.
