In my factory I have a man who has worked as a hammer man since leaving school and he's now in his late seventies. You should see the size of his thumb from when he was new to the trade. He has perfected a small aide where the corn buttons run down a tube onto his anvil and when he gets up to top speed the hammer becomes invisible
