Does anyone have a recipe for Zaxby's French fry seasoning?!

Question:

Does anyone have a recipe for Zaxby's French fry seasoning?

I'd like to surprise a friend with a batch.

Answers:
This tastes just like Zaxby's, and it's what we use all the time...

FRENCH FRY SEASONING

3 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. onion salt
1 tbsp. oregano

Mix all ingredients together and put into salt shaker. Sprinkle on fries or any other food after frying.

I've never heard of Zaxby's.....but I made home made french fries a lot....and everyone raves about how good they are. I always just use plain old seasoning salt. I know this isn't a great answer--but thought it'd be more helpful than no answer.

I work at Zaxby's. It's only seasoning salt. If only I had more than 5 hours to answer I could tell you what brand it is.

I bake my fries in the oven and use olive oil along with garlic powder, and chili powder, a sprinkle of sea salt and a shake or two of black pepper. Everyone thinks it is some great invention. You don't need ketchup on them.

the method is to pour about 1/4 cup olive oil into a large bowl, add a tablespoon of chili powder a teaspoon of garlic powder (not garlic salt) sea salt and pepper, then ad the freshly cut and dried potato fries and stir up until all the fries (about 4 or 5 medium potatoes worth) are covered, spread on a baking sheet and bake in a 400 F oven for about 20 minutes, turning them over and bake for another 10 minutes.
