Answers:
Baked fish with a white wine and lemon sauce, quinoa with sauteed spinach and garlic. Super healthy and delicious.

Home made pizza

stew, with lots of veggies. Done in the crock pot so we don't heat the house up with the stove.

Lamb Chops, fries (chips) and cabbage/leeks gravy
Some garlic prawns for starters

omelet w/cheese and spinach

Brown stewed chicken, rice and peas, and codfish cakes. And a Ting on the side(Ting is a really strong, Jamaican grapefruit soda).

Chicken and veggies!

Probably French Toast and Bacon.

We are not morning people and never eat breakfast at traditional times, so we will have French Toast for dinner every once in a while.

In Malaysia we love rice! And this is what i had tonight and of course together with some other dishes like Dumpling Soup and Sambal Petai!
U must be wondering what was Sambal Petai that right?
Sambal is Chili Paste.

So sambal petai is Bean cook with Chili paste! The spicier the better!!

I will be sautteing pounded chicken breasts dredged in seasoned flour and fresh herbs until golden brown. I will then deglaze the pan with marsala wine and chicken stock creating a delicious pan sauce. I will serve this chicken with sauteed mushrooms over a hot pile of fettucine noodles. For desert a bananas foster cheesecake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

BBQ chicken thighs in a sundried tomato marinade, along with wild rice & grilled veggies. Maybe a scoop of vanilla icecream for dessert.

I think I might take my daughter and go eat some good mexican food!!! I love it.

Taco Salad. Yummy!

I might have homemade fried chicken with gravy and mash potatoes. macorroni sounds real good too. Oh and i forgot the rice. Pour that turkey gravy all over everything. I can go for all of that.

Im thinking of having spaghetti, french bread and possibly a salad. An oldy, but YUMMy
