I'm making BB chicken for dinner for my family because my mom is sick how long do i cook the chicken? (in the oven at 350 degrees)

Answers:
Depends on how thick the chicken breasts are. 20-25 minutes is the average time for a thin to medium-sized boneless chicken breast, but larger ones can take up to 35 or 40 minutes or longer.

Melt a couple of tablespoons of margarine in the cooking pan, and when you take it out of the oven, swirl the margarine to coat the pan. Place the chicken breasts in the pan and cook for half the recommended time. Turn the chicken breasts over, and continue to cook, adding the barbecue sauce during the last ten minutes of cooking if you like a baked-on taste. Otherwise, just brush on the heated sauce before serving.

To tell if the chicken breast is done, test one by piercing the thickest part with a fork at the end of the minimum cooking time. If the fork easily goes through the meat and the resulting juices are clear, the chicken is probably done. If the meat isn't easily pierced and the juices are pink, it needs to cook more.

Let it bake for another 5 minutes, then check again. When in doubt, cut open one breast -- there should be no traces of pink inside.

about 45 minutes

I do mine at 350 for about 45-60 minutes.

bake one side 30 mins at 350 degrees
and flip them and bake 30 more mins.
meat thermometer should read 160

45 minutes

maybe 30 to 40 minutes when it looks white its done you can cut a little piece and taste or cut middle if its pink in the middle its not done

30-40 minutes is a good starting point. After that, use a meat thermometer and strive for an internal temperature of 165 to 170 degrees F. Without a thermometer, check that the juices run clear. Keep it moist but thoroughly cooked.

If you want a juicy chicken breast, preheat your oven to 400. After the oven has heated for 7-8 minutes, put the breasts in and let cook for 20 minutes. Remove, tent with foil on a plate and let sit for 15 minutes to let the cooking finish and the juices redistribute. They will be perfectly cooked and very juicy, not dried out.
