What's a good snack to make on July 4th?!

Question:

What's a good snack to make on July 4th?

I need something simple, but not too simple. I don't want people to think I'm a slaker. I want it to be good. I'm feeding about 20 people. Other people will bring things ,too. There will be kids, so it needs to be "kid friendly".

Thanks alot.
