Question:

What is a good recipie for tomato sauce? for a pizza?

Answers: If you want a sauce that is made with fresh ingredients and tastes so much better than the stuff you buy in a can or a jar...try this simple recipe.
Fry one onion..... chopped....in Virgin Olive Oil... till it is golden brown not too dark though. 4 cloves of fresh garlic ..minced or just crushed ..you can even slice it if you want...fry a little bit longer ..make sure you don't over do it or you could burn the garlic..
Add some tomatoes ...the canned ones are OK so long as they are Italian egg tomatoes. Two cans. Chop them up if they are not already ...do this in the pan with a knife or the lid of the can is a great cutter ...be careful not to cut yourself ...cans these days have a pull ring..so hang on to that when you are using it to cut up the tomatoes.
Add one and half teaspoons of sugar.
Three or four chicken stock cubes...depending on how salty you like it. It's best to taste it as you go along.
If you like Oregano then add to your taste.
Let this simmer until it looses some of the moisture and becomes a thicker.
This is by far the best you could put on your pizza base.
This recipe is also good for pasta. Just after you have fried the onion and garlic add about 500g of lean minced meat and continue with the rest of the recipe.
I hope you like it. The **** that comes in the can!!!!!!!! thats the best!!! i think you should put blood and tomatoes in the sauce just kidding idk how to make tomatoe sauce i usualy buy a jar at the store they are good
