personal experimentation tocos "YUMMY" well i would brown the beef off simmer the beans and rice seperately put a little oil in a pan cut the celery and peppers up place cut up veggies in pan with seasoning forget about the noodles bread crumbs and and eggs combine the rice and beans you ofcourse season the beans as the simmer place the cooked veggie and beef in the tortillas shell and enjoy you can either warm the tortillas shell or eat as is Dice several stalks of celery and half a cup of peppers, and cook until tender crisp. Fry a pound of ground beef and drain well, then add the celery and peppers.
Mix with a can of red beans, reserving liquid, and season with onion and garlic powder. Simmer to blend flavors while you're cooking a cup of rice.
When the rice is done, blend with the hamburger mixture, which should be thick. Add bean liquid if the mixture seems dry. Fill the tortillas and heat briefly in the microwave or oven.
Serve the tortillas with 'deviled' eggs: boil half a dozen eggs, peel, and cut in halves. Remove the yolks and place in a small mixing bowl. Mash with a little onion and garlic powder, a dash of sugar, and some mayonnaise and pickle relish, if permitted. (Otherwise, moisten with a little bean liquid.)
Stuff the egg halves with the yolk mixture and chill. make chili and por it over spagetti noddles it is called denver chil
