I take one whole boneless skinless chicken breast and cut it up into 6 pieces, then I season it with parmesan, garlic salt, lemon pepper, paprika and a bit of cayenne powder. I take a can of cream of chicken soup and heat it up in the microwave for 3 minutes with roughly one can-full of milk. I grill the chicken or lightly fry it with round onion slices until thoroughly cooked and slightly blackened, then I lay it in a baking dish over a bed of fresh broccoli, low-fat cheddar cheese and steamed white rice. I place the browned onions and a few more fresh round on top of the chicken. I pour the cream of chicken mix over the lot and season with a bit more paprika, then put it in the oven at 350 F for about 30 minutes. Serve hot with cold lemonade and some toasty bread. :) tin foiled dinners on the grill i do believe
