Answers: I like to do all kinds of stuff in tini foil on the grill:) Here are the things that I usually do:
Tin Foil Chix
-Put chix breasts onto a piece of foil.
- Add enough itallian dressing to cover them breasts. Then add pepper and a little seasoning salt and paprika.
- Wrap them up and cook:)
Tin Foil Veggie Sides
- Add peppers, potatoes, onions, and celery to the foil.
- Add a little olive oil, water and some garlic powder or pressed garlic.
- Wrap and cook!
Good luck! you will need: red potatpes, a vidalia onion, baby carrots, a clove of garlic, salt, pepper, butter
wash and cut the potatoes in cubes, cut up the onion, slice the garlic and wash the carrots.
put all in aluminum foil, add about 1/8 cup of butter, tsp of salt, and pepper to taste. tastes really good on the grill or in the oven. put a small spoonful of butter on a resonably large piece of tinfoil. on the shiniest side. then put a pre cooked but frozed hamburger on top of that. add carrots, onions, and potatoes onto the hamburger and add any spices you think appropriate like pepper, garlic, and such. make a fire, let it burn out and cook over hot coals. enjoy! I love to make "dinner in foi"l meals! If I'm cooking boneless, skinless chicken breasts, I season them with either lemon pepper or teriyaki sauce. I've also used dill or garlic butter on them for a change.
For burgers or boneless pork chops, I like Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce or Montreal Steak Seasoning. And for a salmon fillet, I use a pat of butter that I've mixed with a little lemon juice and dill, then frozen.
I've found that these veggies work best when dotted with butter and seasoned lightly with salt and pepper: peeled carrots cut into small chunks; a medium white potato, peeled and cut in quarters; whole mushrooms; small pieces of brocolli or cauliflower; slivers of red onion. A piece of fish with a pat of butter, some chopped vegys like onion, garlic, carrots, tomatoes, potatoes and then about a fourth to a third of a can of Campbells New England Clam Chowder (condensed) on top with a dash of Worsteshire and a squeeze of lemon or lime.
