Best hot salsa?!

Question:

Best hot salsa?

Anyone have a good hot salsa recipe that I can use for the 4th of July??????

Answers: Step 1: Boil 3 regular tomatoes and 2 to 5 jalapenos for about five minutes. Tomatoes skins will peel back when they're ready, jalapenos will have a dull green color when finished. Step 2: Chop 1/4 of an onion. Place the onion in a blender, small handful of cilantro, and finally add tomatoes and jalapenos. Also add 1/4 of a cup of the water used for boiling the tomatoes and jalapenos. Add a table spoon of salt or to desired taste and some pepper to your desired taste. With all of the ingredients in the blender, puree it. Done. Here's a recipe for a fire roasted salsa. Step 1: Place 3 regular tomatoes 4 jalapenos 1/2 onion and 3 large cloves of garlic place all items on a sheet pan in the oven on broil with the items on the lowest setting for your oven rack. The vegetables will look black on the outside, they will look burned. When the vegetables are done place all of the items in a blender Do Not Peel Them! Let the vegetables rest for 10 minutes. Add Salt and pepper a pinch of cumin and a handful of cilantro. Finally blend away. Good Luck Source(s):
