Beer and Coffee?!

Question:

Beer and Coffee?

Does anyone (besides me) like to have a beer in one hand and a hot cup of coffee in the other?

Answers: i been drinking like that for over 30 years That's nice that you like that, but the thought of it makes me want to wretch. nope similar though
cuppa tea and a cold soft drink in the other Maybe if I'm really drunk at Starbucks Nope. Suggest you sit down while drinking though, otherwise, you could spill the hot coffee in your lap and have no one but yourself to sue. Why not mix them together like Buzz Beer on the Drew Carey show? No, never. Can't imagine two things any more different from one another. I like for my buzz to be going in one direction, and one direction only. Beer and coffee are the Paris Hiltons of beverages. They are immensely popular, but I have no idea why. i'v always enjoyed beer and coffee, just not at the same time. on the other hand, coffee and bailys with about 4 shots of creme de coco makes you an amazing mocha mudslide. try it out, you'll still get drunk and people wont look at you funny for dinking beer and coffee at the same time. LOL, I am imagining a wide awake drunk dude. I love beer and I love coffee but not together. It is two completely different moods. I do have my own quirky little combinations that I like though, so drink up.
Cheers I drink coffee every day (day & night) with an occasional brew or two (like when I'm manning the barbecue, or with friends on the deck or by the pool). Why does that have to offend someone (Ms. Wretch)? It's a personal preference, that's all. That's fine if some don't like it - it's not their cup of tea - so what! Others don't like the taste of tequila, or bourbon, or scotch, etc. Who cares? So Drink Up! Have a cold one and a hot one on me!!! Actually, yes. Only certain beers though....A Stone Smoked Porter or Stone Imperial Russian Stout and some strong black coffee.

I drink coffee so I can stay up and drink beer LONGER!
