Answers: prawns, sweet chillie and sprouts stir fry...yum try this link...

http://www.sproutpeople.com/cookery.html... crushed boiled potatoes garlic and lardons of bacon. everything except the garlic and bacon cooked already and cooled.

hot oil in a saute pan chop roughly all the ingredients saute off until the potato takes on a little colour and the bacon is going crispy,

serve with hot buttered toast and a cup of strong tea!!!!! reminds me of a friend at halloween. she dipped brussels on sticks in chocolate and put hundreds of thousands on top and gave them out to the kids who were trick or treating. unfortunately she thought they would not like them ha ha but they did and came back for more.
i have no recipes for brussels myself accept throw them away, i don't like them. Up to 30 Brussel sprouts
1 tablespoon sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method

Wash the sprouts and remove any yellowing leaves.
Slice the sprouts in half and dry them thoroughly
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan, until hot.
Add the sprouts and cover. Cook, turning occasionally, for up to 3-5 minutes. (Test them after 3 minutes or so).

Add the soy sauce and sesame seeds. Serve immediately. Chopped spring onion/chilli fry for a few mins then add to bean sprouts cooked and sprinkle with soy sauce. Have you tried Broccosprouts? They are absolutely yummy and super good for you. I just toss em in my salads, put a bunch on my tuna, egg salad, or chicken sandwiches, or I've tossed em into soups and stir-frys. If you can find em, try em out! I really love all sprouts, but these are my favorite! I take it you mean sprouting seeds not brussels? My favourites are adzuki, fenugreek and mung. I either have a handful as a snack or use them in salads, pitta or sandwiches. Fenugreek has a spicy curry flavour, and makes a change from the sweet and nutty ones. Chick peas are handy to have as a snack, but I find they can go off or mouldy.
