Should I refrigerate a meringue torte?
I just made a "forgotten cake" made mostly of egg whites and sugar and will not be serving it for a number of hours. Should I refrigerate it or leave it sit out? It is a little humid today. Sometimes meringue gets the moisture drops - what causes those?
Answers: I would refridgerate it. Heat will cause it to melt
