Allison, my I be darned thank you. 1) Gather 1 horse head nebula together and maybe throw in the cat eye one for good measure.
Put these to one side for a bit whilst you take a trip to the local Fish monger.

2) Collect your Giant Spider crab, you may need a trailer cause the leg span may be several metres across.

3) Kill the Giant Spider crab. (Goodluck!)

4) Sweep all the hard bits aside, you could put them around any plants you may have, they will help retain the moisture.

5) Remember to remove the green gooey matter as this could probably kill your cat if eaten.

6) Whisk a squillion zillion clutches of eggs and blend your Giant Spider crab meat in. plus salt, pepper and parsley to season.

7) Roll into balls what ever size you wish and flatten with a Cricket Bat.

8) Dust lightly with the Nebula's.

9) And you can shallow fry them in hemp oil.

10) Serve with gangalon root, chrysanthemum leaves and chips or new potatoes.

Don't bother, they are even more messy to make. HONEST - TO - GOODNESS CRAB CAKES

1 lg. egg
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 lb. lump crabmeat, flaked & picked over
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Whisk first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Add crabmeat and fresh bread crumbs, mix well. Line cookie sheet with wax paper. Using 1/3 cup measure, shape crab mixture into eight 1 inch thick patties. Coat lightly with dry bread crumbs. Refrigerate 1 hour or up to 8 hours. Melt butter in 1 large or 2 medium nonstick skillets over medium-high, add crabcakes and cook until golden, 3 minutes per side. Serves 4.

TARTAR SAUCE:

1/4 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. peeled, chopped lemon
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 green onion, minced
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. capers, chopped
1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Use with crab cakes.

Melt butter in 1 large or 2 medium nonstick skillets over medium-high, add crabcakes and cook until golden, 3 minutes per side. Serves 8.

SAUCE DE TARTAR:
