Answers: Cook it at high heat for a couple of minutes each side the put it in a hot oven for about 7 minutes each side, depending upon the thickness.
A 3/4"-1" steak would be medium. Things you will need: Meat Tenderizer (powder and steel tool), Thermometer, Marinade.
Tenderize Meat with steel or wood tenderizer, (or with fork-stick it to make small holes)
Marinate with your favorite sauce with meat tenderizer powder added
Flip only once on the grill
Use thermometer and takes steak off heat when it's 160degrees, or whatever temp you want it.
And most importantly leave untouched for 5-7 minutes before you cut into it.

Dam! am I hungry now! bring it over and let my husband cook it. his are perfect without getting inito spices and marinades, the basic rules are ensure it is thawed or fresh, turn your fryng pan or BBQ on realy high, drop in the steak and sear the putside of each side to lock in the juices, then lower heat and cook slowly to suit. Be sure to turn wiht thongs and not puncture the steak whihc would let juice escape. That's how the steakhouses do it.
