I want a dip thats really, really good, but also super simple to make.

1. Mix all ingredients except bagels.
2. Chill for several hours for flavors to blend Cut bagels into bite size pieces and serve with dip.

INGREDIENTS:
* 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1 cup shredded Muenster cheese
* 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 small onion, diced
* 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
* 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients and place in a small baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until melted and bubbly. Serve with apple slices, baby carrots, celery sticks, crackers, chunks of bread, warmed meatballs, tiny sausages, and so on! Serves 6
*****************Buffalo Chicken Dip

5 chicken breasts, diced into small pieces
12 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup blue cheese dressing
3/4 cup your favorite hot sauce
1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1. In large wok or skillet, combine chicken and hot sauce over medium heat until chicken in cooked. Stir in the cream cheese and break it up into smaller pieces with the back of your spatula. Add Ranch/Blue Cheese dressing. Cook until bubbly and blended well. Mix in cheddar cheese and stir until blended. Finish by cooking in a heat safe dish at 325 degrees for aprox. 20 minutes.
2. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or Fritos.
3. Enjoy!

2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
4 tablespoons chili sauce
6 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
3. Serve with celery and carrots or whatever suits your fancy.

INGREDIENTS
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup pizza sauce
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
2 ounces pepperoni sausage, chopped
2 tablespoons sliced black olives
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, oregano, parsley, and basil.
Spread mixture in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate, or a shallow microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese on top of the cream cheese mixture. Spread the pizza sauce over all. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, then top with green pepper, pepperoni and olive slices. Cover, and microwave for 5 minutes. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS:
1 can artichoke hearts, drained, about 14 to 15 ounces
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/3 cup mayonnaise
juice of 1/2 lemon, about 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
4 slices bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled
salt and pepper, to taste
PREPARATION:
Drain and mash the artichoke hearts; combine well with the onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and cayenne. Add the crumbled bacon to the artichoke mixture. Taste and add salt and pepper as desired. Chill before serving.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
AVACODO DIP
This avocado dip recipe is delicious with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers. Ingredients include avocados, sour cream, tomatoes, green onions, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
16 ounces sour cream
2 tomatoes, cored, seeds removed, coarsely chopped
4 green onions, with green, coarsely chopped
4 teaspoons lemon juice
a few drops of hot pepper sauce, such as Tabasco
PREPARATION:
Cut avocado into chunks; place in food processor with sour cream, tomato, green onion, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce. Pulse until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for an hour to chill. Serve with chops or vegetable dippers.
Makes about 4 cups of dip.
BBLUE CHEESE DIP
Serve this blue cheese dip with vegetable dippers, crackers, or use it to top baked potatoes.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups sour cream, 16 ounces
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
PREPARATION:
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and white pepper; stir well. Add blue cheese; stir gently. Chill blue cheese dip for at least 1 hour. Serve with assorted vegetables, crackers, or as a topping for baked potatoes.

Tastes good :) This depends heavily on what you intend to dip. My very favorite dip for chips and vegetables is sour cream and onion which is very simple to make: buy a package of Liptons onion soup mix and a container of sour cream from your local grocery store and simply mix one packet with the container. It makes a fantastic, delicious dip in just a few seconds.
For tortilla chips, I love Velveeta and salsa. Just cut up some Velveeta into chunks, cover with salsa, and microwave. Stir it every thirty seconds or so, and stop microwaving when all the chunks of Velveeta are melted completely. Mix chili sauce (the stuff that looks like ketchup) with peanut butter. Put it in a high bowl, like a cereal bowl. Stick pieces of celery, 4-5" long in the mixture. Enjoy. I. 8oz container of sour cream and half a cup of your favorite salsa. 16 oz. can refried beans (any kind works)
16 oz. sour cream
Taco Seasoning packet
Cheese
Any toppings you like (tomato, gr. or red pepper, onion, etc.)
Spread refried beans out (on whatever your serving it on)
Mix the sour cream and taco seasoning together and spread it on top of the refried beans
Put the cheese on top (however much you like)
Then add any topping you like or have them on the side
This is the best with the red bag of doritos (but any chip works) try here I get all kinds of dips that are easy to make and are out of this world good. They also have great flavor.
Spinach & Herb Dip Mix Preparation
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Spinach & Herb Dip Mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise (real mayonnaise only)
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Combine ingredients; blend well. Chill 2 hours. Makes about 1 cup. Jar makes about 7 cups dip.

1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 cup guacamole
1 cup sour cream, room temperature
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
? cup chopped green onions
? cup chopped black olives
Spread refried beans in the bottom of a (1-quart) shallow edged serving dish (you can use a transparent dish if you’d like). Mix the taco seasoning with the sour cream and spread over beans. Spread the guacamole over the sour cream. Sprinkle the cheese over the guacamole. Top off with tomatoes, onions, and black olives. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
**Sprinkle fresh chopped cilantro on top for an extra kick.

3-4 ripe avocadoes (they must be ripe)
3-4 tomatoes diced
1 red onion, minced
1 bunch cilantro, finely diced
1 can of chick peas, rinsed
1 can of corn
1 can of black beans, rinsed
1 jalape?o pepper finely minced
salt
pepper
juice of one lime
Dice tomatoes. Put in a large bowl with minced onion, chick peas, beans, corn, and jalapeno. Salt, pepper, and juice the lime into the bowl. Stir gently to mix. Dice avocado and gently fold into mixture.
Guacamole Dip
* 3 ripe Hass avocados, peeled and pitted
* 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
* 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
* 1 Tbsp. lime juice
* 1 serrano chili or jalapeno pepper, chopped finely
* 1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients except tomato. Pulse several times until you reach the desired consistency. It can be as smooth as youlike. Stir in tomato. Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
Serves 16.
