Hope that helps! home made ice cream http://www.allrecipes.com ok u could make home made cupcakes they are tasty well a fruit bowl? i mean ut's yummy, cheap, colorful, & perfect for summer!! lol This is our favorite:

Lemonade Pie

8oz. container of Cool Whip
Half a jar of frozen lemonade concentrate
1 8oz. package of cream cheese

Mix all that stuff together, pour it into a graham cracker pie crust and freeze it for a couple of hours.

It's awesome :) Try some yogurt pie. My mom makes it. She gets a graham cracker crust, yogurt, whipped cream, and chops up some fruit, She mixes the yogurt, fruit, and whipped cream in a bowl and puts it into the crust. She then lets it sit for an hour in the refrigerator. Enjoy!!! ^-^ Have you tried grilled fruit? You can grill pineapple or peaches and it tastes so good. If it's not too sweet you could add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to it. I don't have a link but Bobby Flay cooked some things like this, search on the food network site for something like this. It's good. Two of my favorites for summer are a trifle, which is cubed pound or angel food cake, followed by a layer of fruit, then a layer of pudding (lemon, vanilla, or cheesecake) mixed with Cool Whip. Then repeat and top with toasted almonds. Also a fruit fool which can be as easy as pureed fruit mixed with sweetened whipped cream. strawberries + rosewater strawberry rhurbarb pie www.allrecipes.com strawberry shortcake

In a medium bowl, beat the sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over the cooled crust. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.

In a medium bowl, stir together the gelatin mix and boiling water. Mix in frozen strawberries, and stir until thawed. Pour over cream cheese mixture in pan. Refrigerate until completely chilled, at least 1 hour. My persona fav is either ambrosia, which is whipping cream, or cool whip, mandarin oranges, marshmallows, pineapple...fruit salad thats creamy and not too sweet...or jello with fruit cocktail in it topped with cool whip...or angel food cake toped with fresh cut up strawberrys with a bit of sugar..topped with cool whip...gotta love cool whip or a choc pudding pie. Citrus cakes (lime is good) with whipped cream/ topping, Angel food cake with strawberries. Just pick out a lovely fruit that is in season (there are some many good ones in summer) and work from there. angel food cake-can buy already made at any bakery dept of grocery store
sliced strawberries
real whipped cream/or cool whip
Ummmm, light & delicious ice cream with fruit and lite whip
strawberries diced with cool whip on top
dark chocolate dipped strawberries Any dessert that is light or has fruit is usually good for the summertime.
