Favorite Fudge???!

Question:

Favorite Fudge???

I LOVE baking and I just went to Mackinac Island (they're famous for their fudge if you didn't know) and it inspired me to want to make different kinds of fudge. I've been making chocolate peanutbutter fudge each time I make fudge. Everybody in my family who eats fudge loves it but I want to try a different kind. I figured I should do a survey on what people who ate it liked the best because I don't usually eat it because it's fatty and all that. But what's your favorite kind? Recipes would be nice but if you don't have them that's ok :-) God bless! And thanx so much!!!!

3 C. Sugar
1 can Evaporated milk(NOT condensed)
1 1/4 C. Peanut Butter
1/4 C. Unsalted Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla extract

In a heavy 3 quart sauce pan heat sugar and milk to a rolling boil stirring constantly, reduce heat to low med and continue to cook to the soft ball stage, stirring occasionally*. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, butter and vanilla. Allow to cool about 5 minutes. Stir the fudge until it begins to thicken.
Pour into a deep dish sprayed with cooking spray(not the floured kind) cut into squares and serve or store. I store mine in an air tight container in the fridge.
