Tonight for dinner that is simple quick and doesn't require much washing up after?
Answers: How about a spag bol, that is quick 2 pots to wash and a plate lol!!!!!! Beans and toast with cheese melted over it. Thats what im going to have right now. Pasta Salad a grilled cheese sandwich....and a salad. If you don't mind stuff out of a box..i would recommend picking up a box of Zatarrans from the store.. a box of cornbread mix, a link of smoked sausage and a bag salad. It covers pretty much everything...you add the smoked sausage to the Zatarans mix, and serve it with the cornbread and salad!...YUMMY! and doesn't take more than 30 minutes to prepare! By frozen food like pizza, lazagna or chiken. Another good meal is french toast. I love making that. Oh no the best thing to make is pasta. Its so goood and easy to make. Just boil pasta til soft pour tomato sauce on it and your done. One pot concoction; I throw everthing I can find into a casserole dish pour over a tin of tomatoes and some spices and bung in the oven for as long as I have got. Serve straight from the dish, 2 plates and the dish to wash. I don't know how many you're cooking for, but this one is pretty easy:
Place chicken breasts in 8x8 glass pan. Cover with your favorite salsa. You don't even need extra spices because the salsa has plenty. Reserve some salsa for after cooking. Cover with foil and bake on 350 for 45 minutes or so. Once chicken is done, cover with remaining salsa and shredded cheese. Pop back into warm oven for 5minutes to melt cheese. Add sour cream, if you like, on your plate. One pan .. super easy. =) make spag bol. then get your hubby or your kids to wash up. you just sit down with your feet up and have a glass of vodka and orange! One-Pan Pasta
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Beef strips
1 can Reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
Dash of nutmeg
4 cups Bite-sized pasta of your choice (fusilli, rotini, rigatoni, farfalle, penne are all good)
2 cups Each fresh mushrooms and sugar snap peas (or frozen peas)
Parmesan cheese, to taste
Preparation
1. Cook beef in a large pan with a little oil for about 5 minutes.
2. Add cream of mushroom soup, nutmeg, water, and bite-sized pasta. Cover, bring ot a boil and simmer 20 minutes. Add sliced veggies and cook 5 minutes longer.
3. Toss in parmesan cheese.

Or....just get a take-away! Brats, hotdogs or burgers.
Cook them on the grill, have buns and condements ready, all you need is a napkin to wipe off your face. Have a can or bottle of beer or Coke, and you don't even need cups!
actually any sandwich will do but, chillin, grillin, and swillin in the summer is the best!!! Why not just order a take away? It arrives in a carton that you can just throw away when you are finished. Mix, soup in a cup, add tuna, onion, crushed corn chips or doreto's, melted cheese, mayo and optional oysters. Cook 200g pasta and add this to a tin of peas or sweetcorn and some chopped oninons. Stir in one tin of tuna and one tin of Campbells condensed mushroom soup. Whack it in the oven for 20 mins and as Gordon Ramsey says....DONE!

4oz ham per person, chopped or sliced
1 bag stir-fry mix from the supermarket, rinsed and drained
Toss ham in a little olive oil. (or cooked chicken slivers or tinned tuna)
Tip in stir fry and cook fairly quickly.
Serve on hot plates or in bowls.
You can add soy sauce or sweet chilli sauce, seasoning and perhaps garlic powder to taste.

a jar of tomato basil marinara
a pack of chicken sicillian sausage
mozzerella cheese
boil a pot of water and pour the tortellinies in
get a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil in it, and add as much red pepper you think is needed
once the sausages are cooked pour the marinara into the same pan so the sauce heats with the sausages
then once the tortellinies are done pour those into the same pan
once all of this is stirred around and heated
transfer all of this food into either a glass dish or stoneware and top with mozzerella cheese. preheat the oven to 350degrees
and bake for 10-15 min or until cheese melts
