Answers: lightly grease with a non stick spray or a little margarine, then put sone flour in the pan, shake it around and pour out the excess. only fill the tins half full. after the cupcakes have cooled, run a knife around each of the cakes, place a wire rack on top of them, turn them over and give a shake to make them come out of the pans. Use a little Pam or other non-stick spray or just grease up the muffin pan real good... or use a teflon pan. As long as you spray the tin with cooking spray really really well, or grease and flour it, you don't need paper cups. Using a non stick pan helps that too. just make them as the box or the recipe states then
lightly grease your pan ( i use crisco no stick spray)
then pour in your batter and bake cupcake papers are filled half way up and placed into a muffin tin. once baked they fill up and slightly overflow...just the way you want them to be...try filling some with less and some with more and see what you think?
good luck just grease the metal baking pan before pouring the batter in Just grease and flour them or spray a nonstick spray in them, it is really not that hard
