Is it possible to make pastries with spoiled milk?!

Question:

Is it possible to make pastries with spoiled milk?

i have like, a cup of 3 day old skim milk in the fridge... the expiration date says 7/3/07, and i was wondering if it's possible to cook with that, especially because it's skim...

Answers: What makes you think it is spoiled?
Give it a try.... just a sniff at first, then if you dare, try a tsp of it.....

Usually milk, unless treated properly, does not sour nicely .... it just spoils. So check and see.....I would not use anything that is spoiled

The skim or not skim makes no difference ...
just in the fat content ....

Lakshmi ewwwww don't go by the expiration date... if it smells bad don't use it. if it's still good, then go for it. but it's really nasty to use rotten milk in your pastries. sure just don't eat it
