Answers: first cut the karelas in to round shape with nuts in it pour water and little bit of salt in it keep it over night and in the morning take a glass of this water and give it to the sugar patients and remove the seeds wash them well fry little oil add dhaniaseeds, channa dal,dry red chillies,,jeera make it in to a powder and cook them as you do for the potato fry every one will praise you u knw, one effective way to make a karela a wee bit palatable is by dep fryin it!! add a generous amount of haldi, namak, n laal mirch powder n deep fry it with oil of ur choice. even though dis does nt make me like a karela, bt its worth a try.
bon appetite!! Cut karelas in fine round shaped pieces.Put the pressure cooker on gas,add little oil.Fry mug dal (yellow mug dal) into lite brown.Add water,haldi,salt.Place the lid.Fry the karelas in karai.Take out them.Add methi to the karai and after 1 minute remove all the methis from karai.Now add boiled dal,add fried karela and salt according to taste.Add little ghee(optioal).Serve it hot with green chilies as garnishing. you can make karelas more tasty because iam very perfect in making karelas
take karelas (fresh ones) cut in to round pieces add salt to that and keep a side for one and half hour
then squeez it with your hand and remove the water
then pour the oil in pan (for deep fry) and deep fry, once it has changed the colour in golden brown (it should be bit crispy) then remove it from the oil and put in a bowl add red chilly powder according to your taste and very very vey little salt use salt to remove the bitterness
or jaggery or sugar i cook with onion. cut sprinkle salt and put it aside for while, then wash 3 times, and let the water drip out.

make vegetable like other veg. you can add little bit sugar or jaggery in it
