take sweetened malted bedtime drinks, camomile tea or some hot milk with honey. Cut down ur caffine intake and AVOID late night meals that are greasy, spicy,rich or heavy.
moreover keep ur worries and problems out of your bedroom, relax yourself, take a warm bath before going to bed, relax yourself in the bed, for eg. imagine doing something peaceful snd soothing like sunbathing on a deserted beach and don't over-stimulate your mind near bedtime like by doing a diff crossword or having an intense discussion.
Most Imp. : DONT NAP DURING THE DAY. It'll mar your night's sleep.
