I have one,1 tablespoon garlic salt,1/3 cup of ketchup 1/2 cup vinegar,1/2 cup worcestershire sauce,1 tablespoon pepper,1 teaspoon onion salt= fill charcoal pan completly with charcoal and wood,fill a pan with liquid leaving enough room for excess marinade, marinate the brisket in the sauce givin above for 12 hours.pour 1/2 cup red wine and remaining marinade into water pan. place brisket on the grill.smoke the brisket approximately 8 hours. HOPE THIS HELPED .ROB
