Looking for an AWESOMELY tasty garlic chicken recipe. Preferably with a whole fryer, but not necessarily, could be breasts or wings or drumsticks...

I'm tired of the one I do and the Gilroy Garlic Festival is coming up, I've got some cravings!!!

Answers:

marinate your fryer in this killer marinade for 3 days!
1 cup basalmic vinegar
2 cups minced, roasted garlic
1 cup granulated garlic
1/2 cup adobo or sazon completa seasoning
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup rhine wine
1 handful of fresh minced rosemary
1 egg yolk
1 cup olive oil.

add everything but the oil to your blender.
mix on high, then drizzle in the oil till it is nice and emulsified!!!
after you marinate the chix for 3 days, you can
now bake your fryer covered, on a mirepoix for 6 hours at 250 degrees. now flash it at 450 till the skin gets crispy! about 6-12 minutes.
if this is not the best garlic chicken you have ever had, i will commit suicide!
you can boil and strain the marinade to make a strong garlic sauce. reduce it down and tighten it with a cornstarch slurry.
