Does anyone know a plain, basic rice pudding recipe (i.e. with no raisins with it)...?

The type where you can add toppings like jam or choc chips when you serve it and not before. Thank you!


Answers:

2oz pudding rice,2oz white sugar with 1pint full cream milk.if you like add a couple drops of vanilla essence.put all in a suitable dish and cook in the oven on about 250deg or gas mark 3 for about an hour.you will find a brown skin on the top when its cooked - which is the best bit ! we used to fight over it when we were kids!!!
