EASY dinners for both kids and adults?!

Question:

EASY dinners for both kids and adults?

I need some suggestions on food that I can make for dinner that my 3 year old will eat. Easy and cheap is the best.

I also want something on the healthy side...

Answers:

I like to do quesadillas with shredded cheese and whatever I have around the kitchen that sounds good, like black beans, green chiles, corn, tomatoes, rice, etc.

Just heat a little oil in a large skillet on medium, place a burrito sized flour tortilla in the pan, sprinkle the entire tortilla with cheese, add whatever else you want on one half (or just use cheese for really picky eaters). Using a spatula, fold the tortilla in half so the cheese-only side covers the other fillings. Continue to cook until the bottom is golden brown. Flip over and do the same to the other side. Take it out of the pan and cut into wedges. Let cool for a few minutes before giving to your 3 year old as the inside will be very hot.

I also save the packets of sauce from Taco Bell and drizzle that on before closing them for an extra kick for my husband and I. Pair that with a salad and salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for dipping. Hope this helps!
