What's a good way to prepare chicken with seaseme oil?!

Question:

What's a good way to prepare chicken with seaseme oil?

I'm going to make dinner. I have chicken thighs and seaseme oil. I have a few other things like brown rice. I was thinking about just frying the chicken in the seaseme oil and cutting it up or something. Any ideas?

Answers:

Sesame oil is good for seasoning, but not for frying. It burns very easily. Try this:
Remove chicken meat from the bones and cut into bite-sized pieces. Put in a bowl with
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
1/2 cup sherry
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger
Marinate at least 30 minutes.
Heat cooking oil in a large frying pan. When oil is hot, place chicken pieces in the pan and cook, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Add a few drops of sesame oil and some toasted sesame seeds. Serve with brown rice.
