Cold cuts at home?!

Question:

Cold cuts at home?

do you buy cold cuts when you go food shopping? how often? and what kinds do you by..what bread with it ? and what do you put on your sandwich when you make it at home? thanks

Answers:

I buy cold cuts, but not often. I found that the meat went bad quickly. I don't know why. So, if I buy it now, I only buy for one or two sandwiches at a time. I love fresh sliced deli roast beef. My favorite sandwich is thin sliced roast beef, topped with one whole canned green chili pepper (not hot) and a slice of Jack cheese. Melt altogether in the microwave. Serve on a sourdough roll with mayo. To die for!!
I also love Turkey and havarti cheese with mayo, lettuce and tomato on ciabatta bread.
Finally, I love chicken breast with melted mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers and served on a ciabatta roll with fresh spinach leaves and garlic mayo sauce.
Is it time for lunch yet?
