ok i need one that dose not take rum wine or any thing like that i want it to be rich in flavor helthey and mabey low card give the nutrichein label/facts
i need a full meal then means mian side apitser dssert and that kind of things i am a new cook but I want to impress them.

ROAST CHICKEN IN LEMON - ROSEMARY
MARINADE


FOR THE MARINADE:

2/3 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. crushed black peppercorns or coarsely ground pepper
4 tbsp. fresh, chopped rosemary or 2 tbsp. dried

Combine all ingredients for the marinade. Pour over the chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
Place the lemon halves and rosemary sprigs in the cavity of the chicken if a whole bird is used. Roast chicken in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes per pound. Do not open oven or baste chicken during roasting.

Serves 4.

CELEBRITY GREEN RICE

1 c. uncooked reg. rice
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. green onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained, sliced

Combine rice, chicken broth, salt and pepper in a medium saucepan; cover and cook over medium heat 20 minutes or until done. Set rice aside and keep warm. Saute celery, green onion and parsley in butter. Stir into rice. Stir in water chestnuts.

CRUDITES WITH SPINACH DIP

2 c. low - fat mayonnaise
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, well drained
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Serve with an assortment of carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber slices, cauliflower and broccoli flowerets, cherry tomatoes, and other fresh vegetables. Makes about 4 cups.

EASY CHERRY ANGEL FOOD DESSERT

1 angel food cake
1 can Comstock cherry pie filling
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (sm.)

Break 1/2 cake into 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread 1/2 cherry filling over cake. Repeat with remaining cake and cherries. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over cake. Chill overnight. Serve with topping of Cool Whip or whipped cream. Serves 12.

VARIATION FOR LEMON DESSERT:

Mix together:

Juice of 4 lemons
Grated rind of 2 lemons
1/2 c. sugar

Add 1 can condensed milk and beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Whip 1 pint cream and fold into lemon mixture. Break 1/2 angel food cake in to 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour half cream mixture over cake. Repeat. Pat down gently. Cover with coconut (optional). Refrigerate overnight.
