What is your favorite family meal?

I'm feeding six and want new ideas that are really good to eat, but easy on a family budget.

if you have kids they'll love this-

Cheesy Chicken Bake

3 cooked and chopped chicken breasts
1 box stove top stuffing mix (chicken flavor)
11/2 cubed velveeta cheese.
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

preheat to 350
prepare stuffing according to box.
mix in all other ingredients.
spoon into large greased baking dish.

Cheap and yummy.
