I have a recipe for meatloaf 1 ingreident is ground round What is this?


Answers:

It is mince/ hamburger/ ground beef made from the same part of the leg they make "round steaks" from; typically quite lean, with just a bit of fat around the edge.
So I would use a quality, lean ground beef, otherwise you will have a meatloaf swimming in grease.
