Question:

Recipe for tuna boats marshmellow and russian caramel?

i made them in high school...years ago lol ..it was a mixture of egg and tuna then put into long bread rolls then baked ..also how do you make the original marshmellows squares coverd in toasted coconut..how to make russian caramel..i remember condensed milk..brown sugar..golden syrup and maybe something else but every time i made it it went it crystalized and crumbled instead of being a chewing caramel toffee

Answers:

You can make a kind of caramel from a can of condensed milk.
The milk must be whole and preserved with real sugar.

Put unopened can in a saucepan and boil it for 3-4 hours, better 4 than 3 from my experience.
You'll get a sweet mass of chocolaty consistence.

Enjoy!
