Cutting up jalapeno peppers hands are burning?!

Question:

Cutting up jalapeno peppers hands are burning?

What can I do to make them stop burning! Please help

Answers:

any kind of fat or dairy like milk or ice cream. I've also read that tomato sauce is good for that. I would not dip your hands in bleach. I've never heard that. But I have heard butter is a good diluter of spiciness. You could also try vegetable oil or any kind of oil Because any fat binds to the capsacium in the peppers. good luck.
