Can anybody give me a website for simple meals that look and taste great?

EASY BAKED CHICKEN DINNER

4-8 chicken breasts, bone in or boneless
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. brown rice (UNCLE BEN'S? whole brown rice)
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

In a serving baking dish lay defrosted chicken pieces side by side.
Spread 1 can of cream of celery soup over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees in oven for one hour. One the stove prepare rice and vegetables as directed. Serve all 3 items on each plate using chicken cream for gravy as requested.


or

EASY BEEF AND POTATO SKILLET DINNER

Slice potatoes thin and place in skillet. Brown hamburger and onions and drain off grease. Mix. Add 1 can Cheddar cheese soup and 1 can water. Add to above and let simmer. Serve with a salad.

or

EASY ITALIAN PORK DINNER

4 (4 oz.) pork chops
1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
2 tbsp. oil
4 med. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 sm. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Marinate pork chops in 1/4 cup salad dressing in baking dish for 3 hours. Brown in oil in skillet. Return to marinade. Layer potatoes and onion over chops. Dot with butter. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons salad dressing. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Yield: 4 servings.

EASY TACO DINNER

1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped (about 1 c.)
1 env. (about 1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 c. water
1 pkg. (12 oz.) tortilla chips
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 can (2 1/4 oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (about 4 oz.)
2/3 c. dairy sour cream

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10 inch skillet until beef is light brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix and water. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Spoon beef mixture onto chips. Top with remaining ingredients.

or

EASY MACARONI AND CHILI DINNER

2 c. dry elbows, cooked
1 can Hormel chili with beans
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup

Drain macaroni. Add chili with beans and tomato soup. Heat until bubbly. Yield: 4 servings.

or

EASY PORK CHOP DINNER

4 pork chops
1 can green beans
5 potatoes

Brown pork chops, remove from pan. Add more butter to pan. Peel and slice potatoes and fry in grease. Push potatoes to side of pan. Add pork chops, put potatoes on top. Pour green beans with juice over potatoes and meat. Add salt and pepper. Bring to boil, simmer 10 minutes.

OVEN-EASY BEEF AND POTATO DINNER
CASSEROLE

4 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. water
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In an 8x12 baking dish combine potatoes, oil and pepper. Firmly press potato mixture evenly across bottom and up sides of dish to form a shell. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain; stir in water, gravy mix, and garlic salt. Bring to a boil. Add vegetables; reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cheese and French fried onions.

Spoon into shell of potatoes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until heated through. Top with more cheese and French fried onions and bake uncovered until onions are golden brown.

or

EASY CAMPER FISH DINNER

6 lg. fish fillets
6 tsp. low salt butter
1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
6 white onion slices

Stack one of each ingredients in piece of foil large enough to wrap and seal. Pepper to taste. Wrap and place on grill (top rack) for approximately 20 minutes. Check during cooking time.

or

EASY CHICKEN & RICE DINNER

Melt 1 cube butter in 9"x13" pan, add 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice (not instant or quick), 3 cans cream soup (celery, chicken or mushroom). Stir together, then add 1 soup can of milk. Lay pieces of chicken on top of rice. Cover with foil or lid. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours (or more).
