Recipes that contain Mesa Flour?
I bought a 5lb bag of mesa flour for a recipe that my family ended up not liking. I don't want to waste the rest of this bag. What can I do with it? If you have any recipes I'd love to see them. Thanks!

Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, dark beer, chili powder, cumin, paprika, onion salt, ground pepper and your choice of ground red peppers to crock pot and cook on medium/high for 4 to 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add beans and cook for an additional 45 minutes. Mix mesa flour with 1/3 cup water and add to chili. Cook for 15 minutes more. Hollow out 1 large loaf round sourdough or brown bread. Make sure it is the dense type of bread. Reserve bread middle for serving with chili. Pour chili into bread bowl and serve immediately
