Chicken flavored rice ?!

Question:

Chicken flavored rice ?

Can I just substitute chicken broth for water when making rice to give it a chicken flavor, do I need to add more or less then it calls for water, and should I add butter or some kind of oil? Please help, I am not looking for a fried rice recipie nor anything with veggies, just plain old chicken flavored rice.
Thanks!

Answers:

Yes , you can substitute any liquid in your rice for water. Just remember that some broth is salty. If yours is, you may want to use part water and part broth. Adding butter or oil will help the rice no clump, but it is not necessary-especially if you are looking to make it a low cal dish.
