Some ideas on leftover sourdough crumbs?!

Question:

Some ideas on leftover sourdough crumbs?

Last night made some soup bread bowls out of sourdough bread. I have a crap load of crumbs leftover and was wondering if y'all had some unique ideas to do with them aside from meatloaf and meatballs.
Do you think they may be good as a breading for chicken? I would love more suggestions.

Answers:

Yep - here you are.

BONNIE'S BREADING (FOR CHICKEN)

San Francisco style sourdough bread
Parmesan cheese
Parsley, fresh if possible

Tear bread slices into chunks and place in a blender. Process until in crumbs. Measure crumbs, then add an equal amount of Parmesan cheese. Chop parsley and stir in desired amount. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then in breading. Bake in dish with 2 tbsp. oil in a 375 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes.
