I am pan frying some chicken tenders for dinner tonight. I have two questions.?
Does anyone have a good seasoning recipe? Possibly slightly spicy or hot, but not very.
How long should I leave the tenders in the pan?

Are you breading them first? If so season the flour mixture with s&p, cayanne, onion and garlic powder, and/or whatever else you've got. Also season the chicken itself and egg wash if your using it. They don't take too long. Depending on size maybe 3-4 mins. or so. Until they are no longer pink inside. Don't overcook. Use a medium heat.
