Grilled Chicken on George Foreman CHALLENGE!?!

Question:

Grilled Chicken on George Foreman CHALLENGE!?

Hey guys
I'm trying my darnedest to save money for grad school. So can you tell me, with only the ingredients I'm going to list, what the best way of grilling some chicken breasts on the George Foreman are?

-chicken breasts
-parmesan cheese
-ketchup
-mayo
-shredded cheddar cheese
-onion powder (and some other spices)
- grey poupon mustard
-honey
-Honey teriyaki marinade
-creamy italian dressing
-thousand island dressing
-bread crumbs
-taco seasoning
-brown sugar

Obviously, you don't need to include all the ingredients. I prefer sweeter tasting chicken and I'm kind of tired of chicken with italian dressing, topped with parmisan cheese (baked). Can you also include brief cooking directions (how long to marinade, how long to cook for, etc.). You may also assume I have a few other basic ingredients (salt, pepper, milk, sugar, etc.).

Give me your best!
Thanks.

Answers:

Make yourself a homemade barbecue sauce.

Of course this is different than the one I typically make, but you said to stick to the ingredients =).

Combine ketchup and brown sugar 5:1 in ratio, add onion powder, garlic powder (if you have it), cumin (if you have it), and something for a little heat (cayenne, red pepper flakes, red pepper).

As far as marinading the chicken I would simply brine them. Combine 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup salt in 2 cups of water--add any appropriate seasonings you have on hand (peppercorns, thyme). Brining chicken makes them incredibly juicy and flavorful, and will complement the overly-complex taste of a barbecue sauce well.
