American French Fries:

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound unpeeled baking potatoes, cleaned and scrubbed
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Vegetable cooking spray

Directions:

Cut potatoes into 1/4" thick slices; pat dry with paper towels.

Combine onion powder, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a large zip-lock plastic bag. Add potatoes, shaking well to coat.

Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes, or until potato slices are browned and cooked through.
