What should I do with this marinade?
I made this recipe (http://www.recipezaar.com/32503)... with chicken and shrimp, (because some of the people don't eat chicken) so I doubled the marinade. I overestimated I only needed like half of it. I usually use the marinade left over from the chicken and shrimp to glaze the meat and vegetables thats more than enough but I don't know what to do with the rest.
I was thinking I could reduce it and make it a dipping sauce or maybe I should marinate the vegetables too. What do you think?

As long as it has not come in contact with the raw meat you can reduce it and use as a dipping sauce. You can also put it in a freezer bag and freeze it for future use. Just use in a few weeks.
