i want to make this:
have rice in a bowl
on top of the rice, there is chicken with all these vegetables but there's also a mixture with it. i think its stock? i'm not sure. what liquid can i mix the chicken and vegies with to make like a sauce for the rice?
also, how do i cook the chicken? do i just pick pieces of chicken and cook them in the wok?

ahhh.. I know what you mean :)
slice some onion and finely chop some garlic, saute in a little oil. add a slice of ginger. add sliced chicken breast or any part of meat from the chicken, as long as it's boneless, and the following vegs:
-diagonally sliced carrot,
-coarsely chopped cabbage
-snowpeas
-mushroom
-cauliflower flowerets, blanched 1 min
-broccoli flowerets, blanched 1 min
and you may also add some chopped shrimp, sliced greenbeans and scrambled egg
add enough chicken stock (strong one), stirring once in a while until everything is thoroughly cooked. season with salt and lots of white pepper, and if you like-just a little sugar. thicken the stock with 1-2 tbsp cornflour diluted in 1 tbsp cold water, then throw in some chopped green onions, stir, then serve while hot with rice
