Does anyone know a good recipe for trail mizx that is good for you and good to eat before a swim meet (one that will give me energy)? if you do, please give me the recipe! thanks!

ULTIMATE TRAIL MIX
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried blueberries
1 cup dried pineapple
1 cup dried apple pieces
1 cup peanuts
1 cup cashews
1 cup almonds
1 cup marshmallows (any kind)
1 1/2 cups chex cereal, any kind
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup peanutbutter chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Great to take along on hikes, a day in the park or on road trips.
To store: Put in sandwich bags or airtight containers.
