To save time in the morning....make something the night before and keep in the refrigerator...then you won't have to rush out the door ....

How about boiling eggs peel off shell and in the morning slice them....you can place them on toasted bread...and also add some ham sliced thin...and your favorite spread like butter or mayonnaise and some leafy dark green lettuce...plus a little salt and pepper....

Also, get some fresh fruit and wash and slice it the night before and put in plastic containers...so all you need to do is open it and put in a bowl...

Also the night before set the breakfast table....

See how this will help you in the morning ...I hope you give it a try....You don't even need the microwave only if you want to heat up the ham..for the sandwich....

Each morning have something different so you are not bored .....If you want to scramble eggs in the microwave...beat the eggs in a bowl with a little water...then place in special dish for microwaving....hit the high for 2 minutes....open door and stir.....then hit again for 2 minutes...open door and stir....hit again for 1 minute.....open door and check to see if the egg is done...it will continue to cook even after you remove it..so don't over microwave...you can also add grated cheese to the egg it makes the egg taste extra good....
